OTEC Africa at a Marine Energy conference in Smögen
OTEC Africa was represented by its founder Petter Terenius Dessne at a Marine Energy conference in Smögen, Sweden. It was a lovely arrangement by the Swedish Energy Agency, featuring Scandinavian and international attendees. OTEC Matters was handed out to many of the attendees and government officals attending the event.
