OTEC Africa founder invited speaker at the 4th OTEC international symposium


The fourth international symposium on OTEC will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in the beginning of September, and OTEC Africa founder Petter Dessne is one of the invited speakers. Due to other commitments, he can unfortunately not attend in person but will have a video presentation aired at the event. [2015-08-19]
