Call for papers


Following the success of the OTEC Africa Conference 2013, OTEC Africa is now planning for the first academic journal dedicated to OTEC matters, aptly called "OTEC Matters". Be sure to send in your suggestions for articles to us. The first volume is scheduled for release at the end of the year. [2014-03-05]
